With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, she has spent more than half of her career working in the real estate finance sector, where she has expertly managed both equity and debt transactions and overseen the underwriting of new deals.
Her impressive portfolio includes operating, managing, and integrating properties of up to 3000 acres.
Supratika’s extensive academic background includes a Master in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University, further enhancing her expertise in the field. She has worked for some of the most prestigious firms in the industry, including Cushman and Wakefield, Barclays, and Goldman Sachs, and has successfully underwritten and executed real estate investments across a wide range of segments, including residential, commercial, retail, and industrial.

Supratika is the lead underwriter and financial analyst at Glenwood Equity. All co-investment opportunities on the platform undergo Ms. Chakrapani’s rigorous analysis and due diligence prior to being selected for listing on the Glenwood platform.
