Dipika is a corporate professional turned entrepreneur. Ms. Patel spent 14 years on Wall Street with leading banks and private equity firms including Citigroup and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. With a robust educational background, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from the Business School of Manchester, UK. She is also a Six Sigma black belt.
As Executive Chairwoman of the Patel Family Office, Dipika is responsible for overseeing investment decisions and advancing their strategic and social objectives. Her expertise and understanding of management, acquired over two decades, encompasses hotels in the select-service and full-service segments across the United States.
One of her many accomplishments is turning $250M in equity capital into a portfolio of real estate assets valued at over $1 billion during her current tenure as president and CEO of Hayden Holdings, a hospitality investment and management company.
